  • History of the brand

    • Behind the brand DSquared hides the twins Dean & Dan Caten, both passionate for fashion, music and art since their childhood in Canada. It was after their studies in Toronto and courses taken in the prestigious Parsons School of New York that the first DEanDAN feminine line was launched in 1986. Ensuing experience with designers such as Gianni Versace and Diesel, before launching their own brand of men’s fashion DSquared in 1994.

    • Urban, edgy, with as much Italian influences (from the origins of the twins behind DSquared) as American, DSquared offers season after season of collaborations of strong outside pieces, and pieces inspired by the general aesthetics of glam-rock style, without forgetting a good dose of provocation. Intense and light, provocative and very clearly intimate at the same time, the DSquared collection for men is the image of the two designers: both precise in terms of fashion without taking themselves too seriously.
